In "We odst" the guy says at the beginning somthing like "e shante" (pronounced shon E TEY) I wanted to know what this means and also what is e correct spelling

He said that emphasis (ENCHANTE during the last e) which shall "Ah Shawn Tay, who is a French word meaning" happy "- is probably used ironically in the video.
