Why does not my xbox 360 to my halo 3 achievements?

I've been playing a matching award and have noticed that my achievements have not been added. By example I have come to Spartan officer and I have not gotten the achievement of becoming a Spartan Officer. Another example is the achievement of a double kill with a Spartan Laser, I managed at least 4 times and have not received the achievement. I'm not sure if it's just Halo 3, because I have not played any other game lately. Never, never I implys achievement.

It is listed when you get the achievements while playing and then do not save? Or is that not only appear at all? I call 1-800-4-MY-XBOX
