Android Tablet With GPS + HDMI?

Does anyone know of a decent Android Tablet that has Both GPS And an HDMI port?
I am looking for something somewhat affordable as well.
I should add though that i am NOT looking for the chinese Android Tablet Knockoff that i have seen going around. If anyone knows where i could find what i am looking for Please point me in the right direction. London, Ontario, Canada.
