Halo 3: ODST Review – CHECK OUT THE SICK VIDEO BELOW!
ODST is finally out and as many of you know is a major hit around the world! This addition to the Halo series was unique with its eerie feel, but the new game was nonetheless unbelievable. It was interestingly different from all of the previous Master Chief adventures but was still f**cking awesome! Here is Halo Headquarters quick review on the new game experience.
ODST Halo is the latest addition to the Bungie Halo series and takes a unique aproach through the lens of a ODST trooper instead of the big guy, Master Chief. The story begins with ODST troops dropping into battle and something bad happens and your player wakes up hours later, completely alone. Your mission is to fight in the streets in one of the most uninviting habitats for clues and battle sites to bring you back to your team. The game is mainly divided into mission points which are then broken down further into the night and day missions. Missions Nights focus primarily on the factor of the loneliness of the situation and looking for clues, while the day missions contain the greatest battles, action and speed.
Halo ODST flexes muscles in introducing the new fire fight mode, allowing up to 4 players to compete against the enemies way more difficult. Fire fight is all on its own is amazing, and even the most experienced Halo players are getting owned in the epic battles. This is something you don’t want to miss. Fire fight alone is reason enough to buy the game.
The storyline, graphics and dynamics are awesome and weapons and control have changed slightly, giving you a different and more satisfactory experience. The 6-hour campaign mode may be short, which is a change from past Halo games, but undoubtedly it is one of Bungie’s best. Halo Headquarters obviously recommends this game strongly to any Halo fan. You won’t be disappointed and if your stuck trying to make the final decision to jump in or not, jump!
Halo Headquarters gives ODST a 9.2 out of 10 in the Halo series scale.
